How to Remove the LCD from the iPhone 3GS
LCD removal, to begin grab your Philip head screw driver and there are two Philips head screws that neither they may removed from the right side, on the left, there are three Philip head screws that need to be removed and one at the top of the LCD.
Remove this, once that is complete now grab your flat head screwdriver and gently insert this between the LCD screen and the casing of the glass lifting up gently. Now do the same for the other side and now just slide the LCD out of the casing?

Logic word removal, to begin grab your case over in the tool or a flat hit screw driver and remove the cabling from the logic board. There are four cables that need to be removed. Once this is complete now grab your Philips head screw driver and remove the Philips head screws from the logic board.

Once this is complete now get your case opener tool or flat hit screwdriver and gently lift up on the logic board on all sides. This should lift up and out and the outside camera will be attached to the logic board. This simply snaps off.
