Its real simple, I could have told the guy that asked me how to do it but I just I want to make a tutorial. It was request from someone. But open up your start menu and go to my computer and then you want to go to tools down the folder options and then go the click on the tab view and scroll all the way down and show recycling bin icon on desktop, uncheck that.
