Male Speaker: LCD removal from the bezel and back case. To begin get your Phillips head screwdriver and you will notice Phillips head screws on either side of the LCD. Begin by removing these.
Once those complete, you want to get a very thin palette knife and gently inserted between the plastic piece of the back case and the front bezel separating the tabs from the bezel from the back case. Do there for both sides and doing this you want to get extreme caution as do not to break the LCD. You may need to do this from the bottom as well.
Once your back case is loose is from the bezel, just separate those apart and set the back case aside. Flip the LCD over and you will notice your cable there with tape. Also your outside cable which connects to the outside board. Four screws, Phillips head and on the out coming side four Phillips head screws as well.
Begin by separating the three tabs of tape with your flathead screwdriver. Bend those back out of the way. Use the flathead screwdriver to gently remove any tape that might be holding any wires in place. Now the tape is back gently wiggle the video cable from the LCD. Now gently remove the tape from the outside cable. The black tape should pull off as well.
Once the tape is removed, your flathead screwdriver and gently lift up the bar that's holding the outside cable in place. Once your outside cable is loose lock the bar back in the locked position; now remove the four screws on either side of the LCD. Once those are removed get your palette knife and gently inserted between the LCD and the bezel. It's good out to you start from the bottom and gently pried out. Just work your way across the LCD until the LCD is loosen from the bezel. Depending on the model you have it may be more difficult to get out then others. Once it's released from the bottom work your way at the top all the way over very carefully not to crack the outside cable board. Once the LCD is free from the glue just remove it from the bezel and that is the LCD removal.
