Number one; know before you buy. If the website is unfamiliar to you, call them on the phone, before you get his voicemail, consider taking your business elsewhere. You can also look up online reviews for sites that you are new to.
Number two; be aware of the fees. Many online stalls would charge you a restocking fee when you return an item that is free of defects plus if you don’t return the item in the original packaging, some sites would tuck on yet another fee. So it is always best to save the box and everything that came in it.
