Hi folks my name is Bryan, I am a customer service representative for one of the very large cell phone service providers here in --. I am not exactly a spokesperson for them, so mentioning the name probably is not the best idea. I just want to clarify to my listeners listening that I am here all the time on the calls I get in, and even all of the internet on You Tube or what not. It is that people think that you can get reverse phone look ups for free. That is only true to some extent. That is only true for residential phone numbers. You can look up using a Google tool and you call Google phone book. You can find the owner information for residential phone numbers. But as for cell phone numbers, you have got to pay for you know, a reverse form of service that accesses cell phone numbers. I can show you some of those in a little bit.
First of all I want to show you the Google phone book tool. Basically if you get an unknown phone number appearing on your cell phone caller ID, you go to Google, and then you type in phonebook, colon, and then that phone number. Let us say, area code 650-347-7400, something like that 347-7400 and you usually get results for this guy here. Roland Vandermeer, you get his address and a map. So this happens to be a listed residential phone number. If this number happened to be an unlisted phone number or a cell phone number, this would not have worked. You would not have gotten this result. So let us try to type in another phone number there, it could be a cell phone or unlisted number. Okay 281-498-1537, I think that is a Houston area code. Okay so we did not get any results from 281-498-1537, you have to resort to a paid service. I will show you that right now, I have actually been using this site before. There are a handful of them. I know that all of them actually access the same reverse cell phone database. So we go there “Reverse-phone-trace.com” that what it is called. Reverse-phone-trace.com and basically type in the phone number into the search box, click search now. And then it will give you, I think, yes, preliminary search results. So it will tell you yes, the numbers from Houston, and then it will tell you that there is a owner name and information available. You have got to follow the onscreen instructions and basically check out, you got to pay for the service. This one gives you one year of look ups for 40 bucks.
Basically you can look up as many phone numbers as you want for 40 bucks for a whole year, or you can just look up that one phone report for that one phone number, that one time, okay, your choice. Check that out. Type in your credit card information what not, you pay, and then you will get in your email a membership to the reverse phone database service. Remember, it includes cell phone numbers and unlisted numbers, not just cell phone numbers, cell phone numbers and unlisted numbers.
Another site is reversemobile.mynumber.org. The same idea just type in the phone number 281-498-1537, this is the same number I typed in a while ago and this number happens to be a landline number that is unlisted, okay, that is why we could not find it for free. The same pricing structure, it looks like a lot of those self reverse phone sites have the exact same pricing structure, one year for 40 bucks, unlimited look ups or $40.95 for just one look up. In here you can actually add basic background checks for a whole year. You can keep that if you want to. Check out again and they will give you membership instructions. You probably have to create a user name and password after you check out into that reverse data base and then retrieve the information from that.
So let us just review, let us say you got a strange cell phone number on your cell phone, you go to Google, type in the phone book, colon, and then that phone number. You do not get results, well then you have to go to a paid service like reverse-phone-trace.com. Search in the search box, and you get the idea, okay.
Yes, I think that is all I have got for you, thanks for watching this video and good luck to reverse looking up that stra
