Hi, my name is Stephanie and today I will be showing you the “Do’s and Don’ts” of Riding Horses.
We will have an inexperienced rider show you “what not to do” and I will show you “what to do.”

Choosing the right size of horse is important part of riding. You do not want to ride a pony like our inexperience rider which is trying to do.
Me, you would want to ride someone who is taller than you.

The basics you need to know about riding are how to steer, how to stop and how to go. If you do not know those things, then you are in trouble.
To go, you squeeze your legs and they will go for it.
To stop, you obviously pull back. If you keep pulling back, they will back up. So, do not pull back too hard.
To turn left, you pull left.
To turn right, you pull right and usually, they will listen to you.

Now that I showed you the basic ways to ride a horse and what not to do around the horse, go and have fun. But always remember, that Malibu here is not like all horses and you should not crawl underneath them, and you should always wear helmet unlike what I just did. And hopefully maybe you will go and check out some horses.
