How to Save Offside High Shots

Now, we are working on the offside high shots. Important thing in this thing is that our stick comes straight across with my top hand pushing the shot over, pushing the stick over quickly. This is prior to the most important say a goalie makes for cross this is where most shots go. So once again, my bottom hand stays still, my top hand does not work I am pushing the ball over and then once I make to save a common mistake goalies make is a trying bring it back very quickly. Once I make the save I am just going to relax my hands and bring it back slowly.

Next, I will stop a couple of those shots. Here we go, cross, catch it I always want to look the ball all the way in my stick. Watch I am stepping at the same time I am making the save. Once gain, here we go, offside high step, relax, and make the save. One more last time offside high, step bring my foot up, relax, and make the save.
