How to Save a Project in After Effects CS3

If you haven’t save your Adobe Aftereffects project yet, then simply go up to the file menu and then go to SAVE AS. And go ahead and name your project and you want to keep the file extension of (.aep) for Aftereffects. Go ahead and type in your filename and browse to where you want to save it. Click SAVE and it will go ahead and it will save your new project. As you’re working, you can go ahead and you could do the file and then increment and save and it will go ahead and it will save your Aftereffects File as a new version that you could go ahead and work on. So it kind of keeps track of when you have saved it. So if you need to go back to previous version, you could do so easily.
