How to Say No to an Aggressor

Today we are learning how to defend ourselves and right now we are talking about how to say No. Attackers fairly strike at nowhere usually an attackers somebody that you already know and they target you for an attack and tested you to see if there going to successful and attacker test you by pushing your boundaries.

So you have to know how to say no, in fact experts say that the single biggest predictor of the violent attempt on you as when you say no and another person does respect it. You have to know, what you want be able to communicated and you have to be able to match your eye contact, your voice and your body language -- what you are saying. The first thing you have to do is have grounded and focused strong stands, when you say, no to a potential assault you have to look like you mean it.

Your voice has to communicate what’s you are saying in a serious fashion it should be low and your eye contact should be directs. Your hand should be in front of you just case of the attack turns physical not reaching out broken attack, not importing as that you are not capable to back up, so that’s more less how to say no.
