How to Schedule Appointments on Auto-Pilot
Hi folks, I’m Fly Wheel and today I want to tell you about a tool and it’s called Time Driver. Now we all hate those annoying back and forth emails when we try to schedule an appointment. It disrupts our day and it disrupts our inbox which distracts us and that’s not what we want. And it’s also not filling into this duet automated delegated or digit strategy, so how do we automate the scheduling of appointments without having to delegate to an assistant because we don’t want to do that because it costs us more money.
All right, so a client of yours wants to schedule a strategy session, I say that because that’s what most of our clients here at Jive System want to do with us, so they send us an email which is a request, so that’s one step. We send them back our availability, that’s two; they send us back the time that they would like to do the strategy session, that’s three. Then we send them back a confirmation and that’s four steps, there has to be a better way. Well there is and its called Time Driver and its increased the number of strategy sessions that gets booked with our customer support team by about four folds.
Paul actually have to decrease his availability in Time Driver because he was getting back to back strategy sessions which is amazing for our company because we know that once we do a strategy session with you, on the Jive Software and how to apply it to your business that your sales are going to increase and your workload is going to decrease and you get that golden nugget of results from your prices which you all want. So lets look at scheduling of appointment with Time Driver, you put a link in your signature, so full circle, director of customer support as a link in a signed signature. It actually has multiple links but keep it simple as possible.
This is schedule a strategy session with me, that signature goes in every email that he sends to a member. You, hopefully, all right, two, you click on that link and it takes you to his calendar where he has his availability. You click on a time slot, you select it and ask you a question so Paul can prepare prior to the call and then you hit schedule. It sends an email to Paul and puts the event on his G-cal and sends and email to you and puts it on your outlook cal or in your G-cal or in any other calendar that you may have. All done automatically, that’s what Time Driver does, reduces four steps to two steps, so I left some notes below in this post where we’re going to get a little bit more detail of how you can actually apply Time Driver to your business to save time and make more money while providing better customer service. Thanks very much for listening, I’m Fly Wheel.
