Hi, it’s Blair Allison, the Love Guru from LoveGuru.net and today I'm on the upper west side on a beautiful summer evening and I'm going to be sharing with you a tip from the dating strategies boot camp. This one comes from week number four, screening ‘em in person. Now what is screening ‘em? Screening ‘em is deciding if you want to go on a first date with him when you meet him at a speed dating event, at a singles event, when you're out and about town, when you're out at the park, how do you decide whether or not you want to go on a first date with this guy?
Now, contrary to popular belief, it’s not what he says to you. It’s not “This is what I do for a living, this is where I live, this is how many brothers and sisters I have.” Who cares? That means nothing to you. What you want to pay attention to instead is how you're feeling around him. Does he make you feel good? Are you intrigued by him? Are you happy, are you excited, do you have the butterflies, do you want to know more about him? If you have that, then you decide, yes! I am going to go on a first date with this guy and I'm going to see what happens from there.
