How to Search for Targeted Trade Shows
On behalf of TVLesson.com this is Linda Musgrove, the trade show teacher with TSTeacher.com. In this clip, I’m going to show you how to search for targeted trade shows. When searching for a targeted trade shows, you want to make sure you understand who your key prospects are, what region you’ll be exhibiting in, what size display you’re looking for, what your budget is and many other factors that go into that.
There are several ways you can go about searching for your trade shows. One of them, a great example, our trade show search engines such as TSNN.com. You can look by the event name, by industry, by location, state and even country. So you can break it down very specific about what you’re looking to find and find the shows that are in the areas that you want to reach your prospects.
Other places you can look for trade shows are traditional trade shows search engines. You can put in the keywords trade show and then plus whatever the industry is that you’re looking in and if you’re looking for a specific city or state, you can enter that information as well. Not all shows are listed in the trade show search engine so doing a follow up with the traditional search engine is very helpful.
Another place that you can find trade shows is in trade show industry publications and as well as industry publications for your specific industry. You can also find information on the convention and visitors through our website directly. If you know a certain city that you want to exhibit in, go right to the convention center show site and look up the information for the different shows they’re having there.
