I mean, what is the point in showing the home to someone who cannot buy it? It is true.
6. Times are tough. Scammers are getting more aggressive as the days progress. You need to be careful and research your contacts, and the people sending you emails regarding the property. If they are out of the country on assignment and their wife is really interested in the property, what is your bottom price? Think twice about it, it might be the difference between partings with $8,000.00 give or take with nothing to show for it, and a legitimate inquiry about the property. It is costly I don not even want to go in the story, the night mare story about a house that we almost got in LA there it get me started.

Some people can do this process entirely on their own, but many use the services of a real estate attorney and a title company to handle all the legal aspects of the sale, disclosures that need to be made about the property, the list goes on. Yeah Google to search a real estate you do not understand get point but I been trying to push Ponzy to do videos on this and I wish she would because there is so many people with this common question if we come out with a list of 50 the most common questions that people ask and I said Ponzy down and have her answer those questions to her best of her ability, she will reproduce 50 videos that would helpful to real estate. Would you guys totally love that? JC Geek girl, do you know the top 50 common questions, when it comes to this stuff because I ask her to produce it if she cannot do it, as like well. If you have the questions put in the camera and ask you and then we after the races. I know she will be amazing at it, she just saw I mean because she does not belong, she is not in the industry anymore and it certainly change but people still need this information, the cravenness information. So if you have the top 50 list of the mortgage you know questions and documentation questions JC Geek girl have pass them along because I like to do that list with Ponzy.

Have patience and again there is more here and then I am going into right now and like I said you know we all at some point most of us well maybe not most of us maybe not all of this, but a good fair amount of people will buy a house in there life time or want to buy house. So you know you really got to do research, you got to do your home work. You know I think most this industry based on referrals and in fact when we first meet our real estate agents because I know, I have no issue with working with an agent so long as you know they really know what they are doing. When we meet him, he was not blogging, he did not know what podcasting was and then pretty much I was over night he became someone of a nut, he became a local blogging celebrity in term like a bloggers who were local, he knew about him because he is a real estate agent. Blogging actually kind a help him, I do not know if he gain any client for meet but it is funny when we meet him we did not really know and suddenly he was it is kind a cool.
So, yeah a technology reaches out in every aspect of our lives, buying a house was ad difficult thing to do very arduous and the internet help us find it, love doing research. Ponzy loves researching and costly washing the values of our area in our homes in our area. She knows so many tips and tricks. I would be absolutely lost with out her. I would likely still be leaving in an apartment if we do not work with Ponzy. I kid you not because this is so outrageous and if you do not know how to navigate these waters you owe yourself to try to find someone to help you through this stuff. Even though you do not have to have this people sometimes knowing the right people you know can make the all the difference in the world.
Anyway, there is some tips for you in case you want it to possibly sell your house specifically without a realtor in hand and you can do in both ways I mean you can have a realtor and you maybe able to negotiate how their compensated, you know like I said I do not want to go into right now but there are ways to save money when it comes to buying a house with or without a realtor, with out an agent or with one.
