I was watching Entertainment Tonight or ER, something over the weekend and they were talking about the people who competed on the days loser. And it was sort like a year later, we are going to follow up and see how they did.
They focus on one couple, the lady had a baby and she obviously gain weight from her pregnancy and her husband had gain a significant amount of sympathy weights as well, and what they realized was that what they did with the biggest loser was not realistic. They were exercising 4 to 6 hours a day and that is really they had to do.
If you are trying to feel the TV show and 12 weeks. You got to get these people working. We could show them miraculous weight loss and that is possible, if all you do all day long is work out and watch what you eat. But that is not realistic.
The one thing they said at the end of the show was that, “We need a realistic weight loss program that we can live with everyday because we all have jobs and we all have lives.”
And that is why I say, “You watch what you eat, watch the quantities of what you eat. Which is in more effective and then just exercise than half an hour or 45 minutes. Three or four, four to five times a weeks.
You do not have to make it your life. You just have to incorporate into your life. Love your body.
