To add an email account to your Blackberry, press the Menu key to view the application screen. Select Setup Account from the Blackberry Internet Service Client. Depending on your model of Blackberry, the option maybe listed as Personal Email Setup.
The add email account screen appears. If not, select Email Accounts. Press the trackball. And then choose Add an Email Account. Enter the email address and password. The email address is where you want to get email, your personal Hotmail email address for example.
The password is the one you use with the login for this email address. Click the Next button. A terms and agreements page is now loaded. Using the trackball, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Accept. You have now successfully added an email address.
To change your email account from your Blackberry, go to the home screen and press the Menu key. From the Application screen, choose either Setup, Internet Email or Personal Email Setup. Choose Email Accounts. Your email accounts are listed. Select Edit under the account you want to change. Change any of the general setting such as name, email address, password and signature. Confirm your changes by entering your email password.
To save your changes, scroll to the bottom of the screen; select Save. Your changes have now successfully been saved.
