Hi this is it from our ultimate office and I want to talk today for a minute just about one of our hot, new, cool products.
This particular product is called our “Spin file Organizer” and it is our latest product in the organizer line.
This product is really cool because it has a rotating base which is really handy for storing, like a tape dispenser. You can put your stapler in there, staple remover. It has got other compartments for storing things such as paper clips or pencils, pens, and it also has a spot here for storing tee cards.
Let me talk for a second about the other features of the organizer.
One of which is this handy pocket which holds our tee cards system. The tee cards are really handy for keeping track of special projects that you going on and they are removable, so you can update your project notes.
You have five lines here where you can keep the status of the projects and then just file them, and you can see here that they are also color-coded, which is very handy.
On the other side of this pocket, you actually have a white board which you can erase and keep updated notes.
This particular Spin file Organizer is a 20-pocket version, and the 20-pocket version holds 40 sheets of paper. The pockets are easily removable and each pocket does hold two sheets of paper. The two sheets of paper go back to back.
