A friend of mine at work who knows ONLY 2 things about computers--how to get onto Internet Explorer and how to surf--asked me to explain, step-by-step, how to get started in setting up an email account for himself (his dear wife loses patience because for every question she's only half way through answering, he's already already throwing 4 or 5 more at her, getting ahead of himself...and since he caught me off guard (many distractions/noisy environment and very limited timeframe at that moment), I concluded that it would be best if I just found a simple tutorial on the web for him that would walk him through it. He really DOES ask alot of questions(God bless him) but then inadvertantly throws you off when he throws you that one or two out of left field. I think he will find your video very informative AND a valuable learning tool indeed! This is EXACTLY what he needs to watch and learn!! Thank you for posting this video! Winona
