Start a little bit about stimulating your shoulders guys. You are going to typically be doing shoulder presses, you are going to be doing the heavier exercises first. This again is something you can do at the end of your routine to really stimulate muscle separation definition, again, ripped. So this is kind of a tough to do exercise because there's four different motions involved before you get to put the dumbbells down. First thing you are going to start off with, Arnold presses, they call them Arnold presses because I guess he came up with the idea. A great routine now. Palms are facing you, again, posture. Look at my posture I am not slouched, I am here.
Knees are slightly bent, I am going to be up, rotate, down. Right back up, control, just like this, feel the shoulders contract, don't let momentum take control. Into the 12, drop the dumbbells to your side, bring them up to the 90, lateral raises, we now I put the dumbbells down. Front, I am going to angle myself so you can see a little bit. One slow, one, that's the motion. Just like so and before you put the dumbbells down, you have got one more, bent over laterals, back's flat. Come up pause, one, two. Pause, one, two. Pause, one, two. Get the shoulders, believe me.
