Alice Chan: Hi! This is Alice Chan from Lifestyle Expert and I wanted to take you want a
shopping trip today. I wanted to share with you some of the places that I like to go
find really great staging props for not a whole lot of money so come with me
today okay. Our first place is TJ Maxx here we go. Okay let’s see what we have
here today, we are going down to the first isle here and take a look, oh check this
out look at this really beautiful lamps they’re gorgeous. Oh what an impact those
would make and take a lot at that, if you had a really nice contemporary space,
very clean 99.99 not a lot of money and I would keep that. Absolutely, they have
some really pretty lamps here, look at that and look at this one I love it very
glamorous with the silver square shade, plated shade and the crystal base oh and
there are two of them perfect and I didn’t think there was two. And look at this
with the brush crumble stand, that’s very pretty so again let’s take a look how
much is this, 59.99 a pair of them would be a $120 and again you can reuse them
in your home later.
So if you’ve got some dated lamps and you want to update it, look at this 39.99
beautiful look at that. A pair of them would only be $80 so you really can’t bet
that. Let’s see what else do they have here, oh look how cute. This is just happen
to have this sitting here laundry room, could you dress up a laundry room that
would be really cute and I’m sure if somebody’s purchasing this here. I have been
known to leave with three to four shopping carts full of stuff, oh I really like this
piece of art the Hollywood and that would be really cute in our family room if you
wanted to do a theater theme or at the office that would be really nice, and how
much is this it doesn’t tell me here, $50 very nice and look at this, very neutral
piece and let’s got some really beautiful colors in there and you know working a
lot of different environment. Let’s see and we’ve got another one underneath here,
these are 29.44 very affordable. Look at this paradise club one I like them a lot,
very pretty so just to give you an idea that’s only 59.99 they have some great art if
you can catch it when they dress, you can get some really great things. Let’s see
what they have here, they have some foe fruit which I love to use in the kitchen
and the dining room spaces, now this oranges look little too fake but if you take a
look at and look at the star fruit pretty cool, very cool for doing a tropical place
setting and I really like this peppers it looks pretty good and look at this 6.99
these are great these are jars that you could place in a kitchen and a bathroom and
they’re so inexpensive now let me see. 9.99 you can fill them up with soaps, with
bath salts and you can put food in there, you can put pasta, different color of pasta
very nice this use to be so expensive 19.99 for this size look at that.
You can fill it out with coffee beans if you want to do a coffee them and you need
to see this to your max and okay take a look at this. We’ve got dishes, look how
gorgeous this is, if you want to use this as a charger and then it make your pretty
setting really stand out oh I’m still with three bucks of pieces. Look how fun these
are, I love this. Girls love a little chocolate but don’t think girls love to be
pampered what a cute play setting this would be, look at this cupcake cake stand
and you could do a really cute cupcake theme or a baking them and set that up on
the kitchen and this could be cute little plates cupcakes. I love it, okay look at this
isn’t this adorable I’m not sure what this is suppose to be but I take it’s salt shaker
but it’s a beagle I would put that down and set it up on a table escape, look with
the bistro table and two settings, a little breakfast setting how cute would that be.
Okay let’s take a look at the towel section that usually has a lot of really cool
towels to work with here. I love this chocolate brown ones with the piece sleeve
that they use, these are the base and you will set this on top and look how great
that looks and that would look really nice and even the combination of the light,
cream with that chocolate brown and having this as a pattern on top of it pulls all
of that together it’s beautiful.
This would be really cool and see how they bundle this; we can easy wear this
also and create more of this clothing and then discourage us from using it because
they are bundled up with the nice little ribbon. Oh I love those lamps, look at that.
You want to use lamps that it will add a little more interest the lot iron base and
then the shade that’s not your typical shape and stands out and that’s what you
want in staging something that stands out. Okay, let’s look at there decorative
pillows, look at this the red with the gold and those are very nice and look very
inexpensive 19.99 for a pack of two and here is some other ones different pattern,
simple but it will stand out especially how these are really neutral sofa a cream
colored sofa add a punch of color there and these are very cool, I like that a lot
$25 for a pack of two I think it’s getting really inexpensive these days. I love this
rose color very similar to that red one there but it’s got a rough with the chocolate
brown and that’s very pretty. You’ve got lot of citrusy colors out now because we
are heading in to the summer would these beautiful bronze brown ones and again
I think they’re 19.99 for the set of two, very pretty and great texture.
These are really nice too, very graphic $25 for a set of two; you can even use this
for outside and go down to the food section here. And see what we’ve found, so
have colorful pastas, and we are going to put in those jars and putting a bowl, I
don’t like empty things s if you have a bowl I would pour some colorful pasta in
there and put one of those peppers in there you set look how gorgeous these are.
And one of those tall, that would be very pretty. Oh these are nice look at these
bootee pastas with the color, have fun especially if you have a plain bowl and you
put the colorful pasta in there that’s really stands out. I hope you had a good time

to be very expensive and even if you we’re going to purchase it you can reuse this
