In Linux Mint they have a control centre which allows quick access to various settings. In Ubuntu for some reason this is hidden away. I demonstrate how to get this useful 'tool' back.

How to Show the Control Centre

Hi, this is just a very quick tip, if you’ve been using the Lenux menu you’ll notice how they got the control center and if you look in Ubuntu its not just there at all. Well it is there but it’s just hidden and it’s a very useful again in someway to be hidden really. But to get it back, you just right click on applications, take on edit menus and when you get the screen up just simply click on system and you will notice control centers there. Just click on this control center, click close and you notice its here now in the system, so just click on that. And it just gives you quick access really to where the system. It’s like in Lenux and I really don’t understand quite why its being hidden away in Ubuntu but there we are, that’s how we get it back, okay, thanks for watching.
