log on. Workout.
I am going to any hotel and order oatmeal in the morning and with some fruit and for my protein pattern in rice meal on it. I am set and when I working like today I am working all day filming this. I do not have time to eat. I will make myself a green juice, fruit juice, protein and rice meal.
And what is nice is look at the variety you do not have to select from, it is very inexpensive. And by the way if your kids just think of them of colas. This is a cherry cola and it has got no caffeine, has no artificial flavor or color additives and at least allows them a transition from the real cola to this cola which is natural and non-toxic and in time hopefully they will get in to fresh juices.
Natural graham cracker, by the way graham was one of the first heath apricots in United States. The man who made the graham cracker he was into it. Whole grain spelt crackers so when you want to travel or when you want something has none calorie and healthy how about this. This is I like, this is the brown rice snaps, tamari sesame, garlic, onion, got all the different flavors. Nice thin crisps and again these are good for you.
Now, big question is what I use if I want something that is sweet or how about one of nature’s most perfect sweeteners. Raw unhidden organic honey, Raw organic honey or maple syrup that is also good and molasses, black extract molasses and of course I will throw in a raw honey. And by the way a lot of recipe is called for molasses so you can use molasses.
Now, I see right up here are some herbal teas. That is a nice way when you are tired and you want a nice valerian root tea. When you got no energy and you want a nice ginseng red zinger tea. When you got some digestive problems and you want a mint tea. So let us throw in some of the teas. By the way every single day I make sure I have at least one cup of green tea. Green tea is your most medicinal of all teas. It has so many healing properties in it. The scientific literature is full of stories about that proving the green tea is medicinal benefit.
Now, lemon ginger that is good for the digestion. And orange mango it is also good for digestion and energy. One good tea here, I really like and let us see if I can find it. It is a lemon zinger makes this into an iced tea after a hard workout. You pour your ice tea and with some ice a little bit of lemon. What a way to quench your thirst because lemonade with ice quenches your thirst. And also it is not bad to have in the house peanut butter is good. Tahini which is sesame paste that is good because you can put this on a rice cake and put it in the oven and let it kind of melt over, put some raisins on it, delicious tasting.
Again, all of this stuff that sounds like can be bad for you is good for you and here are some sugar free natural organic preserves. Now, this one is great. They got great peach, raspberry, blueberry so why go for the sugar once when you got natural and you got dozens of them here to select from. And of course we got to have our sea vegetables. So here we have sea vegetables Hijiki. I got to have that. Dulse, good for the thyroid gland. Aonori, you make Aonori rolls like tofu rolls, rice rolls with Aonori. It is very easy to work with.
By the way Soba noodles what they use in all the Japanese restaurants a very, very tasty. It cooks in five minutes, good as complex carbohydrate. And I want to make sure I have the right spices. I want Tarragon in there. I want Cajun and I want black pepper, I love black pepper, Dill, Thyme, Cumin, Rosemary. Rosemary by the way is the best antioxidant herb so you see you make you dishes taste good with this spices and of course cannot forget olive oil with olive out there.
Oh, paprika. I got to have some paprika there. So you see from air pop corn is organic and okay. All of the food that I was able to buy that normally duplicate what you will be having on a diet that would cost you to gain weight and be sick and be allergenic, this is doubling your nutrition at substantial savings.
