Melanie Raposo: Hi everybody! I'm Melanie Raposo and welcome to Mommy's Minute. Many women complain of tender nipples that make breast feeding painful and frustrating. Here are some tips and how to easier discomforts. First make sure your baby is positioned correctly. After feeding expose your breast to the air and apply some Lanolin cream that will help soothe sore breast. Be sure to wash your breast only with water and not soap and make sure to change positions with every feeding. Lastly try using both breasts.
