Hi. My name is Austin and You Suck at Computers.
All right so, I am going to show you how to speed up your computer with a really simple technique. Okay so what you do, bring up your Start menu and type in here, MSCONFIG. Now with XP, what you would do, you click the little Run button here over on the right.
So once that comes up, press it and this will come up. This is the exact same as XP except with XP, there will be Boot.ini, Services.ini, stuff like that okay. So click Boot.ini or Boot, click Advanced Options, check number of Processors and then go the maximum amount you have, mine is 4, you might be 2 to or you might not need, you can have another processor, all right.
After you do that, click OK and then click—oh right there and then you have to restart your computer, all right. I am not going to do it though since I’ve already done it once and I found a big improvement on my computer.
