Hey, everyone. This is Geek Comp Nerd with my next release on how to use a program called CCleaner to remove all the junk of the computer, CCleaner’s actual name is Corrupt Cleaner and it’s quite usually available at CCleaner.com. I'll put the link in the description.
CCleaner is divided to three parts. It’s the cleaner, the registry and tools. Now the cleaner basically removes junk or it clears your history and recently type URL on Internet Explorer. It clears your recently open documents, empties the recycle bin, memory dumps up unused memory. If you use Mozilla, it does the same thing as Internet Explorer. It cleans Adobe Reader, Nero office, actually all the programs you have installed and your computer will open and list the applications tab right here.
So what you do is you simply just run cleaner, and CCleaner will scan your computer for stuff that is junked like right now CCleaner is complete. It removed 26.96 KB and on my Internet Explorer files. Mainly CCleaner removes in megabytes like 100 megabytes, 200 megabytes, once it removed five gigs off my computer the first time I used CCleaner.
So the first time you guys CCleaner will obviously take long and it will remove a great deal of junk off your computer. If you don’t want something to remove like Internet Explorer you can just uncheck it. But basically, you just leave everything checked as it is by default. I recommend it so that’s the cleaning for the CCleaner.
Basically, the registry which is found in you computer, the registry entries are entries which require everything that happen in the computer from uninstalling to installing program. So whenever you uninstall a program you might think that Windows computer moves it but it doesn’t. It stores it in its registry or a small registry entry which keeps record of all the stuff you’ve done in that program, everything and that takes a quite a lot of space that you don’t need. So seek in the search registry and looks for the unused file extensions right here and remove the stuff that’s not being used by you.
So what you will do is you just say scan issues and CCleaner will start scanning. Now I don’t think I'll get any because I ran just like a few minutes back so I don’t get any issues but you guys will obviously have a long list and if you do just if it selected issues right there and just say okay.
The tools tab is basically a built-in version of add remove programs inside the CCleaner. You can just choose what programs you have installed and when you want to remove them, rename them, delete them save them as a text file. Yeah, that’s part of that. I covered everything on CCleaner. It’s a really quick and easy program to use and I highly recommended to everyone who has a computer.
Once you used it you’ll still need it and so I highly recommend you use it and that’s about it. Please subscribe, check out my other videos, rate this video, comment on this video and download this program which is really cool.
