Hi! Stampers. Today I want to give you the 411 autumn water colored pencils. This is the container. It comes in, it’s a tin. These ones are really old. I’ve had then ever since I started stamping so it might be a little bit different design but when you open you have your 24 colors and you can kind of see which ones I like the best. And what’s also nice to have is the pencil sharpener and it’s got two sizes here. You get a large end for you’re like watered colored crayon and then a smaller end for you’re water colored pencils.
So you would just put your water colored pencil in there and sharpen it. And then you would just unscrew this and it’s got the shavings inside there so there is no mess. So that’s really nice to have. Okay so let’s get started. I'm going to use this blue and the purple. And I am using the water colored paper. I went ahead and stamp the balloons and this balloon is from the crazy for cupcakes stamp set and I stamp that with the black stays on ink because its water proof, so you want to use that. And we’re going to use the blue. The trick to the pencil is you just want to use a little bit of color. You can always add more if you want but I’m just going to go ahead and color the edge.
Okay so basically that’s good, And then we’ll do the other one in purple, do the same thing. And they look really kind of nice just colored it in, I mean I like coloring anyway but if you just want to use a mass of color but you’ll see when you use them with the right tools, we got the blender pen and the aqua painter. And you’re going to see this colors come to life. So I got a napkin here. We’re going to start with the aqua painter.
Now the aqua painter, you’re going to untwist the end and there is going to be a hole here and you’re just going to fill that up with tap water so there’s nothing splashy on the side just regular water. And then you’re going to squeeze the water out and you can see that it gets started and you’re just going to clean you're brush. That’s how you clean your brush even though there is color on the tip, it’s still good. Let me squeeze a little bit more out.
Okay, so the idea with the water color pencil is you're going to use your tool which we’re going to use the aqua painter for the blue one and you’re just going to drag that water across your—while we’re using the bloom. And it’s going to spread that pencil. So you’re just basically picking that up and moving it and it and it really comes to life. Colors are just so pretty.
And water colored papers a must when you're using the watered colored products because the water colored is a heavier weight and you’ll notice when you’re using like whisper white, it won’t hold up very good. Especially if you want to keep you know moving the color around to blend it more. So there is the one balloon and then I’m just going to take the aqua painter and I’m just going to follow that string where we applied that pencil line. It just makes it comes to life, its beautiful can you see that?
So what a difference, very nice, okay so I’m just going to clean my brush. I’m just going to squeeze some water out and then just clean it. That’s how you clean the brush, really easy. Okay, so now the blender pen is the same thing but there’s no water, there is a mixture inside the blender pens and you get three to a pack and they’re both or all three of them are double tipped.
So the idea is the same thing as far as cleaning your blender pen just like your aqua painter. You just going to run it across your scrap or piece of paper and clean it on here, and you can tell if it’s still good because if you look from the side, you will see the liquid come out. You can see, it, okay so the same ideas first—what we do with the aqua painter we’re going to do with the blender pen now. So you’re just going to run your blender pen over top of that pencil line. I mean your water colored pencils and you’re just going to move that color around your balloon. Isn’t that pretty?
And you can see the difference from the–just the coloring and then the blender pen. And you can just keep you know, adding more color if you need it or you want it. Okay, let me just do this part up here a little bit. More you go over it the more blended it will be just move it out to the edge, okay. Let me do this string on this one too with the blender pen to show you. Color up side down here, okay we do this up here a little bit.
Okay, so there is the two. This one is using the aqua painter and then this one you can see you can just keep going over that if you want just to blend that more. Adds more color to it, see so you just pick that up with that water and just move it around. Okay, so there is the water color pencil. Now here is the curve that I made using the water color pencils. Thank you. Okay, thanks for stopping by. We’ll see you later bye.
