Hi, this is Keith Scott, from the Naked Nutrition Network, with the fitness tip, like you have never heard before. Today, what I have in my hand is the top ten lists. Today, I am going to give you the top ten things you can do in the gym to stay fat. Yes, I said to stay fat. I give a lot of advice on telling people exactly how to loose weight, what to do in the gym to burn fat, and I just find a lot people do not listen. So, I am going to show another approach today, and I am going to give you the top ten ways in the gym to stay fat, so maybe some of you out there will realize that the things that you are doing are unhealthy, they are actually hurting you.
So the top ten ways to stay fat.
Number 10. Sit down as much as possible when you are in the gym. Make sure you stay off your feet, use the machines, and sit down like crazy. All the time, you burn less calories, and your metabolism will get deflate, and you will be guaranteed not to burn as much that day.
Number nine. Do a single joint movements as much as possible, biceps curls, triceps push downs, lateral raises, knee extensions, play curls, calf raises, and all great single joint exercises. Again, only affecting one muscle group at a time and that is going to help burn less, help you maintain and hold on to the fat that you have right now.
Number eight. Take really long resperates, okay? Make sure you take five, ten, and sometimes 15 minutes between sets. Find somebody to talk to, make a phone call on your cell phone, text messages, do something but make sure your heart rate comes down on a resting level, and your metabolism never really gets spike.
Number seven. Make sure you are really lightweights; do not ever add anymore resistance. Do 15, 20, 25 reps at a time. Do not break a sweat; make sure you can have a conversation with somebody. Help, have a conversation with somebody, even while you are working out. Best way to keep your metabolism, well, holds on to that fat.
Number six. Make sure you keep doing on the same workout for months at a time, do not change. The best way to keep your metabolism at a level and never is slaked is, let your body get to use to what you are doing. If it gets use to what you are doing. If it gets to what you are doing, if you are not going to burn fat, and you are just to stay right where were you are.
Number five. When you do your cardiovascular exercise, make sure that it is set in a really low intensity. Do not spike it up, keep it low, get on the treadmill and walk really slow, try not to break a sweat. Again, make sure you can carry on a conversation. In this way, your metabolism never really gets s high, and again you are more at to hold on to that fat, and not loose weight.
Number four. When you are doing that cardio, again, grab your cell phone, make a phone call, text someone, read a book, whatever you are doing, make sure it is a low enough of intensity that you are not sweating too much, and you carry a conversation and your metabolism just stays put.
Number three. No free weights ever. No dumbbells, no barbells, nothing like that. Stick with machines. Machines operate one plain mostly, and a lot of machines, do the single joint exercise, that we already talked about. Another way to guarantee that you are not going to burn a lot of calorie.
Number two. Do not have a plan, just walk around the gym and do whatever you want. Pick up a machine, pick up an exercise. Whatever you do, do not have a plan. Plans are guaranteed to help you gain more fat, but not having a plan just keeps you guessing, and not having a lot of effect on your metabolism, and it really will help on to that fat.
Number one way to kip your fat on your body is, skips workouts. Find any excuse in the world not to show up, okay? People do this all the time, and it works really well to keep that fat on. If you have a program, and it cost for a three days a week, make sure that you only do one day of that week. Maybe the next week two, and then back down to one. But whatever you do, put your working out as the last priority in your day. Get everything else done first, do not think about yourself. In that way you will be more to have skip workouts. The more workouts you skip, the lesser that you are going to burn; the more you are going to stay fat.
