A lot people gain weight during the Holidays and myself included because there’s so
little time for exercise and yet so much temptation to over eat. It’s so important that at
this time of the year to schedule workout and this time of the year I get really stressed out
trying to work in everything so when I do exercise. I try to do something distressing
something like yoga and I can find the classes like an indoor cycling class it has a lot of
music involved or a tread mill type workout where I’m runnig and it’s very rhythmic also
helps me calm down and be stressed.
As far as eating wise well they go to parties I find that if I’m not going to be at a party
this kind of stand up type thing or buffet I try to eat a meal before I go but then I know
I’m going to go to a party in the evening often I’ll start in the morning and drink a lot of
water during the day. I think it’s fine to indulge a little bit during the Holidays so you
don’t want to take all of the fun out of it just control yourself.
