The final piece of the basics that we want to review before we continue on is staying square, staying square on every safe and staying square when you are moving through out the cage. You will here that word a lot through out for some of the videos and w e want to define for you what is square means.

Square means, you have your shoulders, hips your knees and your toes all in alignment. So when Trish goes to make a save, she maintains the squareness of her body, okay, everything is in square form here in a line versus an un-square position which would look like, see how her hips and her knees and her toes are not in alignment, with where the ball was shot from.

So if you can imagine the ball is being shot from the center. Trish is going to make that save and stay square with the shot, that is going to help to increase your save percentage and rebound save percentage.
