Bob Kriegel: Every morning I have done this for the last 25 years, I do 300 sit ups and I always looking for excuses about not to do it and what I do is I rolled out of bed so I am lying on the rug on my back and in the minute that I am there, I just start doing it. But I have to take that first step, so, one of the things I advice people is take one first step.
Put on that one sneaker and raise it up I guaranty you, the minute you start that the momentum is going to roll and go, “well I am here I started and keep going”. So, I figured out what the first step for you is to get started and to get started, okay.
