How to Stop Eating Junk

Dear Gina, I have been on diet since I was 10. I am 20lbs. overweight. Why I cannot stop eating? I am starting a new day tomorrow, I need some encouragement.
Well, are not going to get that from me, I am telling you honey. It is the diets that make you so desperate, it is the diets that make the craving which make you eat, which make you gain those 20lbs. Since you have been 10 you have been on diets has not work, has not so. Here is what you are going to do. You are going to lavish yourself, you are going to feast. Everyday you are going to have 30 or 20 different foods, you are going to have you know veggies and breads and meats and fish and dairy a little bit of each small portions. And then keep your calories under 1800 and you will loss weight slowly, slowly but half a way. Oh my God you are going to be so happy because A. you could eat, B. you are healthy and C. your losing weight. This I will encourage you with all my heart. I will see you next episode.
