How to Stop your Laptop from Hibernating

Female Speaker: Hey everyone today I'm going to show you how to make its own when you close your part of a laptop that you want to stand by or hibernate so the first thing we are going to do is right on your desktop and push properties from here we are going to push on the screen saver tab and push the power icon that's located under the monitor power and then it should bring up a page like this just go ahead up here and click on the advance tab and when I press the power button on my computer you can also do nothing as we want to do stand by or shut down I just have it shut down when I push power button and here is it says one I close the lid of my proratable computer its going to say stand by if it does that so what you are going to do is you are just going to click and push do nothing.

Now when you close your computer when you open a back up it should be the same place you were before and that's how you are going to make your laptop not hibernate when you close your lid have fun with this and watch more nice tutorials.
