Sal Graziano: Stand with your feet together, toes together and your hands along side of your body. Raise the left arm until it comes to line of the shoulder. Turn the palm, face up and bring your arm up to your ear, keeping it straight. Bend to the side and hold and wait for the release, come back slowly to the original position and then repeat. Stand in an opening with your hips even with the opening. Place your arms at a 45 degree angle on either side of the opening, move your body forward to stretch, wait for the release and repeat.
Grab the door jamb in the thumb down position, elbow straight and shoulder rotated backward. Rotate the body away from the door jamb, wait for the release and repeat. Grab the door jamb in the some up position, elbow straight and shoulder rotated backward. Rotate the body away from the door jamb, wait for the release and repeat. Pull leg toward the hip until the stretch is felt in the front of the thigh wait for the release response and repeat. From a standing position or sitting positions place arms behind head, when you reach the high point bend your head then slightly apply pressure only to the point of stretch.
Place one hand on the opposite side of your head. Allow your head to gently lean to one side, lean to the point of stretch only. Do not pull with your arm that's arm they had just use it as a weight to add to the stretch. This exercise can also be done without the hand. Wait for the release and repeat. Stand or sit in a comfortable position, slowly bend your head backwards, allow your head the rest in an extension position notice this stretch point and wait for the release and repeat.
Hold the elbows out away from the body notice the point of stretch wait for the release. While the arms are out stretched turn your head to one side, notice the point of stretch, wait for the release. Repeat by turning your head to the opposite side and continue. Sit and relax in the chair, inhale and exhale and as you exhale lean forward, when you are in the forward position relax your body totally, you will feel a wonderful stretch in the back, relax and wait for the release. Return to the starting position and repeat.
