Situation we have got now is a knife attack to the back. Again, this situation relies on you moving the arm first. If you move the body first, you got a bad situation where he is going to do is thrust it forwards. From here, what you need to do is get the arms in a submissive gesture, so spreading the arms and you are going to move the arm and not the body until the arm is in connection with that knife arm.
So arm comes back, swinging it back, keeping it straight and once you have got connection with that knife arm, as soon as you starts the moving the weapon with body, you can bring body around, get control of that knife arm, bring the elbow through into the attacker. Again, just slow.
With the knife into the back, keep your arms straight, throw the arm. Once you have got connection with that arm, keep control of it and you can strike with the elbow, knees whatever you want to do after that, but keep control of that knife arm all that time. And again let's slow again.
So the arms get back from the submissive gesture, throw the arm across. Get control of that knife arm, bring the elbow in and you just keep striking and you got control of the knife arm and keep striking until you get away. It doesn't matter in what position the knife is on your back. Throw that arm first, once you have got control then do what you got to do and get out of there.
If the situation is that somebody is just behind you with the knife to your back but you can't feel it, so it might be little bit away from your back. Worst case scenario, move your back slowly, slowly until you can feel it and you know where it is. Situation is exactly the same again. Now pull out that arm, get control on the knife arm and bringing in there. Do what you got to do and just get away.
Keeping control of that knife arm all the time, do what you got to do to get away. As soon as your turn, get control of that knife arm. The arm is moving first, the body is not moving until it got contact and the knife is away from the body. Keep control of the knife arm, do what you got to do and get away. Knife attack to the back; very, very scary situation dealt with very simply.
