How to Take Care of Your Feet for Skiing
Hi. I'm Ramona Bruland and then today we’re going to talk about feet and how to keep them warm, comfortable and dry when out on the slopes.
Now often the most dreaded part of any ski vacation is putting those ski boots on. As a result, some people result to side boarding. So if you like to ski, listen up.
Some of the good tiny ski socks, something like a wool or polyester to look away your body’s moisture. A fix ski socks is comfortable and warming in a snowboard boot. But in a ski boot, it can often have the reverse effect - circulation in a hard shell of a boot may cause your fee to cramp before you even make it out on the slopes.
Now this should fit smoothly but not so tight that can move circulation to you feet. When you're standing a pose, just go into the boot and then you flex down like you did in your ski. It will draw back on the end little within your toes.
Unlike the ski fashions from last century, it’s not a good idea to. All that does is turning the water into it. Into your boot and making your feet wet and making you leave a couple of hours of day on the slope. So have a great ski pants with an elastic line that fit only the outside of your boot comfortably.
It’s also important to start off your day with a droshky boot. Pull it around at the end of your boot and see like on how much moisture is still in between your liner and ski boot or investing a pair boot which is also combined the little single position that fits your boots from the inside out.
Warm for your feet also comes practically good circulation to your feet while out skiing. Me? I like to unbuckle my boots at the bottom of the chair lift and then do them up when I get up to the top before I start my line. You can also use the footwear on - to increase circulation to your feet or get in line with them and not - when out on the heel through out the day.
For snow boarders, we’ll, just be grateful you're not wearing ski boots and enjoying a comfortable lad.
For Plum TV, I'm Ramona Bruland and that’s your gear tip on warm, comfortable and dry feet for today.
