How to Tap a Birch Tree
Hi it’s Sean of Silver Fox and today is the 8th of March so it’s about the four weekends in March and today I’ve come out to tap some Birch Trees, get the sac from them and you can only do this within the first two weekends in March and depending on your climate but it’s next that resource. So I’ll show you how I do that what I’ve set up and like definitely Silver Fox stars is very simple, very easy for anybody.

We just wanted to show you the results of my Birch sap tap and this will half a cup also there and a little bit marky and cloudy a minute, part of that is because of the Billy can the food tin I was using and that’s I poured food up in that and the inside scoop it is colored a bit of time. But I certainly perforated drink you can drink it straight and the cup if you wish or you can boil up and make an woodsman steak. Get some pine needles ball the sap and put some pine needle in there let it do for a minute and then drink that and it’s really, really nice drink. As is it’s quite refreshing and to me it taste a bit like a very dull loots and melon squash but it’s really refreshing drink make the most of it, you got two weeks to get it maximum and have fun.
