I’m Epic from TRICKSet and this is something that I’ve always wanted to do. It's a Gainer Full off a ledge, something like this. Now, I’ve never done it before I just did a Gainer 180. I thought myself, if I can walk myself through it and break down every little detail of what I have to do, now you can do it. So this is a video for all of you people who ask questions as to how you do this. If I don’t get enough height, how do I do that? So, if I fall here, I’m going to get up and try again. If I fall another time, I get up and try again until I figure this out.

Wow! It's not going to be that easy! And there you have it. It’s about breaking it down, walking yourself to it. The only cure for fear is self-confidence. If you don’t trust yourself, if you don’t believe in yourself, if you don’t know that you have that much control of your body, you won’t do it. You have to know and believe. But of course, to get there, you have to be used to doing certain movements like that. Sometimes just going for it is what it takes but make sure you don’t do it when you’re edgy. You’ve got to feel comfortable doing it.
