Female Speaker: Happy Friday girls.
Female Speaker 1: It's time for another inspiration -- quite lovely. It is quite lovely --
Female Speaker 2: That she is --
Female Speaker 1: She has officially informed me that there will be no more offer from her, you will only beginning upper for me now. Enjoy it
Female Speaker 2: Enjoy it. So you find us here in our weekend where I have to school play glass are travel ware.
Female Speaker 1: Plastic glasses.
Female Speaker 2: This is who we are, aren't you happy that we have dressed like today.
Female Speaker 1: yeah, we love our --
Female Speaker 2: You know the black spike shoe that hides everything expect for white dog hair because I have a white dog.
Female Speaker 1: So there is a lot dog, you will forgive us for because it is so as pro
Female Speaker 2: For our topic today.
Female Speaker 1: We have a good topic, we have such a good topic, okay here is what we do when we get home from work, you know we live in the country. Sarah and her husband Matt and their family live in wonderful little country property.
Female Speaker 2: Yes
Female Speaker 1: We live on a country property and they have a pond and we have a pond and our ponds are not connected. They are not there is no river running between them there is no river.
Female Speaker 2: That we have learnt a lot through the years haven't we.
Female Speaker 1: We have learnt that there are nights that you just need to throw on your pull attack pack up the wagon and head out to the pond. We know that not everybody has a pond but you can head over to the coffee table
Female Speaker 2: Or to the park
Female Speaker 1: Or the backyard,
Female Speaker 2: Or over to your neighbors front porch. It applies all when you say don't turn us of, don't think only don't have pond we can't do this is about inspired picnicking.
Female Speaker 1: In simple, easy not a big magazine photo shoot.
Female Speaker 2: No and what we though it was important we were inspired today because today is just a glorious Wisconsin first spring kind of a day. Which is kids are so excited we have to do this but we wanted to make sure that you guys know that the core where about savoring every morsel and not getting all got up
Female Speaker 1: Don't get your undies in a bundle of this kind of stuff just you know what if you stay prepared you guys will hear us say that all the time be stocked you will be so goal that you will able to pick up your stuff and go out and picnics are the greatest thing no matter where you do them or how you do them, whether you thrown a blanket on the living room floor or hanging up to your bedroom and toping movie with kids or your husband or by yourself you know its just a great thing to do because its easy going and so we have a few wonderful little tips and things that we do for our picnicking.
Female Speaker 2: We have to share let's start with the wagon, because if you have the room to roam a wagon is an amazing device not only for the children but for all of the supplies.
Female Speaker 1: It really is, may not breaking your back -- so for us picnicking of course is down by the pond and we have the sort of boat or the thing that we can sit under and there is this wonderful sandy beach and we have a little camp fire there, so we pack up our baskets I literally I will be saying that the kids in the way home in we get home lets grab our stuff and head-down to the pond and hang out and you know we grab our little containers of snacks, so sometimes you are gone up snacks, or sometimes you are kiddy snacks like you know ginger snaps and popcorns and chips you know the little marshmallow or what ever it is just little things sometimes they are bread comes.
Female Speaker 2: Tall containers are great for everybody because what I have learnt is because if you have a children in your lives for sure someone is going to spill and cry right or the dog is going to come over after the cry and it eat and it look crime or, then tall prevents spillage.
Female Speaker 1: It does absolutely.
Female Speaker 2: Keeps the winter from glowing things about and very easy to port.
Female Speaker 1: Absolutely and you know what a lot of the things we can show are either enamel or plastic or that kind of stuff we never bring glass typically specially with the kids because I am always concerned its going to break its going to under foot, so you see us with this big funky plastic glasses.
Female Speaker 2: Acrylic wine glasses. -- what if you step on a glass wine bottle on the beech that would be really be painful.
Female Speaker 1: Popcorn in your hair.
Female Speaker 2: And I have popcorn in the hair,
Female Speaker 1: -- hair or in a container so then that is okay john, I bring by box wine, john brings his cocktail shaker because he is more like wanting him a tiny we have a little -- roaster things, these are so great if you don't have something like this and you do some little -- is so cool so for you can put your weenies on them or your marshmallows or whatever else you liked it. Skew in roles
Female Speaker 2: If anybody get out of line you just give him a little you know threats, a little threat, I am just kidding, just joking. Always your friend -- friends
Female Speaker 1: The kids don't get to have a lot of sodas so this is special for them, little mini sodas.
Female Speaker 2: We buy that key little cans.
Female Speaker 1: They are so great and this little special and lot of baskets because it's so great you can take everything around and tray and baskets its just so easy okay.
Female Speaker 2: It keeps everything contained.
Female Speaker 1: Yeah, its just so nice and then I will go to this, they are easy for the kids to carry and oh yeah so we keep something like this setup all the time, some how cute are these, little malonic plates and I love enamel plates too because you know you can throw all this stuff in the dishwasher and again its not going to fly away, paper plates are just no good for down there because they fly away or should find a rockers of --
Female Speaker 2: And these are durable. Yeah they can go into the dish wash or the fun and there something about is even if your food or menu is the same it feels like you are breaking the rules. Isn't it
Female Speaker 1: Absolutely its fun.
Female Speaker 2: You are kind of breaking out of the routine and it just makes the moment feel more exciting and I think where you are just saying breaking out of the teen, yes.
Female Speaker 1: They keep so easy to fall under the same old to you serve the things the same way and it is fun to do something and still we stated the kids get home we are going to get home or go over the pond and take it so excited it's a great family thing for us to do it is very relaxing it allows anything you know that you might have been thinking during the day just wash away --
Female Speaker 2: It's like you are instantly out of holiday.
Female Speaker 1: This is the good little box to have.
Female Speaker 2: This is the smallest box, okay if you don't have a smallest box in your life and you need to get one and I learnt from nephew some years ago and you have some tips that are priceless in here.
Female Speaker 1: Yes, yes I do a lot of this because when I get out to the pond it sometimes windy you know with the kids and everything and catching papers and entirely candy rapper papers they are bulbous to it so what I do is ahead a time I unwrap all the -- bars and I put them into plasty baggy
Female Speaker 2: Because of course hang on pack you might not all know what are the ingredients are for smaller that is gram crackers, oversized marshmallows, your bars and of course horse bars
Female Speaker 1: The kids go over to the fire with their marshmallows they roast them and they yell it over to me mom do you have mine ready and, so I of course have lying down, crackers, the bars and I come over I do though.
Female Speaker 2: You the sandwich maker.
Female Speaker 1: I am the sandwich maker, that images everything so you know I get all set up and ready go, and this makes so it really easy and then I am not dealing with --
Female Speaker 2: see other fire source.
Female Speaker 1: box of matches.
Female Speaker 2: Now keep in mind many of you may not have camp fires, you know back in my college days we were known to do this burner in the kitchen,
Female Speaker 1: Oh! my gosh we have in winter.
Female Speaker 2: In the fire place.
Female Speaker 1: Yeah you know what it is, if you have a couple at park somewhere near to they usually have those, little standing little fire
Female Speaker 2: And its nostalgic if you haven't met -- it's more in your life or few years you will be so thrilled to do it.
Female Speaker 1: You must blog this if you haven't made this more yes, yes its something that you must do and this is the whole importance of this you know that's kind of what's fun about this you know you are not missing out on a moment of life, you're jumping in.
Female Speaker 2: You are jumping in with those feet and we always say you we are in this business you guys know us well enough and you know our products in our website in our blog and you know we are in the business of making and being around pretty things and we don't want to mess the moment you save or at the goodness and having this family time with good whether oh it so good.
Female Speaker 1: It's so key to be outside I think, it's so healthy too for your bind and your body. You have the opportunity to take this outside do that and if you don't if that's rainy and you are just looking for something fun to do a picnic of any sort especially a really simple one like this
Female Speaker 2: Splendid thing in deed.
Female Speaker 1: So its fun to do, so get yourself some goodies packed up and grab your boxed wind, can soda or martini shaker.
Female Speaker 2: Good friends, your family, your husbands.
Female Speaker 1: Have yourself a picnic and don't miss a moment of life.
