I'm not a QB, I like to throw the cowhide in the back yard and I know better than to cross my legs like that. This guy is totally acting like he's playing baseball. Too bad this guy has to be such a nerd that he tries to teach people to play sports completely wrong.

haha, well i play qb so i can't let this go... you should take whatever grip allows you to control the ball best could be 2 fingers on the laces or point your pinky out or with the pinky up. NEVER face the target, point to the target with your shoulder and do NOT follow through with the ball let it go at the top of the range of motion and follow through with your empty hand which should be a 3-4 inches higher than the way he shows you and don't throw off the back foot and don't ever cross your legs. it may be ok for catch in the yard but DON'T throw like that on a football field or you won't make the team.

its not just that u gotta face your shoulders toward your target and your thumb and index finger is supposed to form a U when holding the ball
