We are going to talk about organizing a memorable 16th birthday party.
You probably want to take into account if have any special family tradition things depending on what kind of a religious background do you come from. But, if you just looking at some of the types of activities that you could plan for a memorable 16th birthday party, there are just so many different things you could do.
You could hire someone to come and help to animate the guests that come to the party. You can invite both parents and the child’s friends to come and make it clear that it is, you know, the kid’s party is going to last up until a certain time at which time the adults are welcome to come and pick up there kids or stick around and party some more.
We have had sleepover camp out parties. We have had go cart parties. We have had water gun parties and I am thinking that a 16-year-old is probably got a few ideas of their own. Make sure that you sit down with them and pick their brains about what would be fun for them. Sometimes going somewhere else is a lot of fun, pool parties, renting the local skating rink can having the party at the skating rink.
Some parents do not do well with having a lot of young folks running around their house or the property. And, you want to think about whether or not the space that you lived in is suitable for a party. And if it is not, that is fine. You can have some of the best party somewhere else.
So, want to have a video camera handy if possible, because if you are going to make it memorable you want to be able to review the moments of some or some of the special moments during that day. Pictures are great, because then you can put together a scrap book to commemorate that day.
And you of course want to think about what kind of refreshments you are going to serve. It does not have to be complicated. You do not need q big budget for this. You really just to have to think about what would be fun for your kid and what is manageable for you.
And, the most important thing is really to make sure that you have people that you consider friends around that will help you do that or just your own family. But, it is important that you really just make it your own and anything goes—whatever it is that you think would be fun.
Some people like to go to a hotel and go swimming in the pool and just have one night in a hotel that could be a really fun thing. Some kids like to do pony rides. There is just any number of things, but try to make the sky your limit as to what would you hope for. And, then you try to make it as close as you can to what their whishes are, because you really want them to mark that 16th birthday with a very special day, because they are special.
