Courtney Reum: Hi! I am Courtney Reum, founder of Veev which is the world's first Acai Spirit, and also thought to be the first Eco-Friendly alcohol brand. I am here at the Sky Bar at Mondrian LA, bringing you your lifestyle, Style Secret.
Tips for throwing an Eco-Friendly party. Joining me is my friend, Kendra Cole.
Kendra Cole: The first stepped to throwing an Eco-Friendly Cocktail party is using an evite instead of actually mailing out invitation.
Courtney Reum: If you must use a paper to invite, try to use recycled paper and print with soya inks. Also it's always a good idea to encourage guest to carpool. Next, if you want to serve Eco-Friendly organic cocktails, fresh squeezed juices and of course some organic spirit, and think Veev.
Kendra Cole: For the Food Fair Event, try to use organic or locally grown products and give finger foods, to cut down on plates and dishes. A great idea is to use Whole Foods to have them cater your event for you.
Courtney Reum: When cleaning out, be sure to use organic soaps in the bathrooms and other areas. Brands like Method and Seventh Generation are a good place to start. And that's your lifestyle.
Kendra Cole: Style Secret.
