Hold on to your chair for a little balance.
Let's step back with that right foot, step back as far as it's comfortable, go ahead lower down, keep that back knee pointing towards the ground, the front knee tracks over your shoelaces. Lift back up and bring those feet together and now up the tempo. Let's try it out, back, down, lift, good. Back, lower, nice.
Now in and lunge, you want to remember to keep your chest and heart lifted. Abdominals tight, nice long spine, excellent. Good work, alright! If you're an advanced exerciser, you can go ahead and bring your knee in right here for that balance challenge. Check it out, right there, good. Down, yes, and together. Alright! Keep going.
