How to Top and Bake Enchiladas

Hi! I’m April Gruszkowski and I’m showing you how to make enchiladas.

Now, we’re going to finish assembling the enchiladas and bake them. We’re just going to take this sauce that we made and pour it over the enchiladas. This is a lot better than canned sauce I find. But on week nights, if I’m just in a hurry, sometimes I buy a jarred salsa and use that instead of making my own. I think theses are going to be a little bit spicy. There we go, we have some sauce and we’re just going to put on what’s left of the shredded cheese from the beginning. Now we’ll bake this at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or so.

It’s been about 25 minutes and it should be done now. So we’re just going to take the out and serve them. And that’s how you make enchiladas.
