Amy Mac: Hey everybody, I am Amy Mac and I have got a fit bit to fit your life. In this fit bit, we are going to work on sculpting your butt and thighs, let's get started. Feet just a little bit wider than shoulder-width apart, shoulders back, hands on hip, small step with your left, bring it in a little bit with the right, squat and squeeze everything on the way back up. Left, right, squat and squeeze; left, right, squat, making sure your knees don't clove your toes, squeeze everything on the way back up. You need to do 12 on the left side, turn around and do 12 on the right side. Right, left, squat and squeeze; right, left, squat and squeeze, do this three times a week and you're gong to be one step close to that fit body. Well, that's it for this week's fit bit.
