Common club moss in a pillow and applied to the area of a cramp (like you would a heating pad or ice bag) begins to relieve the cramp the instant it is applied. Within a minute or so the cramp can be completely eliminated and all stiffness, soreness and pain is gone with it. Usually the cramp does not return but a reapplication quickly dissapates it. The common club moss pillow works on all voluntary and involuntary muscles regardless of the cause of the cramp including but not limited to Charley Horse, leg cramps, foot cramps, back spasms, menstrual cramps, intestinal cramps (colic), calf muscle cramp, stitch in the side and even hiccups (a spasm of the diaphram). Blood vessels are also made of muscle tissue: application of the pillow will help any muscle injury. I have used it successfully since 1981. In 2002 I began marketing a common club moss herbal pillow under the name of ZAP-A-KRAMP. More information can be obtained on my website at http://www.zapakramp .byregion.net.
