The treatment regimen would be 15 minutes of ice, six 30-second stretches with ten seconds of rest in between, five minutes of ice with six 30-second stretches with ten seconds in between and a third set of five minutes of ice with 30 seconds of stretch and ten seconds of rest in between. If you follow that regimen regularly, you'll find that this injury will resolve self in a short period of time.
