Hey guys! Let's talk about stimulating your triceps now, we are not talking about bombing them with heavy weights. What you need to do for mass, we are here to talk about separation, we are going to talk about muscle definition. Okay, we are here about getting you ripped. So we are going to concentrate on doing just that, two different exercises we are going to do similar to some of the other exercises that you have seen us do. We are going to elongate the muscle and we are going to really contract muscle. So what we are going to try to do is show you two exercises here.
First I use an easy curl bar, you can use a dumbbell individually. I like to do it together, it really concentrates on making-- you keep your elbows together. What you are going to do? One important aspect of this exercise, don't let your arms drop, reach up and maintain that extension, keep your elbows in, let the weight drop, contract when you go up then stretch all the way down. I am going to turn to the side, so you can see the same motion.
But from this angle again, you are not letting your shoulders drop. You want that extension so you get full stretch on your tricep. Stretch it to really long muscle. This will help simulate it from insertion to origin and I am going to show you another one right now.
