Okay exercise number two for the triceps. Again we are talking about muscle separation, definition getting ripped. It's not heavy exercise. In fact, you have to go considerably lighter on this exercise because of the motion in what you have to do.
So let me show you the exercise and point out a few other important aspects of it. First of all, triceps, in this position your elbows are high. They remain there and they are fixed. My legs are on the bench, both legs; this is added benefit to this exercise because it helps the core. We're going to keep your elbows up throughout the entire motion. Most importantly count the two, elbows back down keeping elbows up, I am going count two just like so.
That's the motion. Remember, elbows are up, contract for two seconds, that's the exercise right there guys.
Far from a math masters you can see, but even the big boys pick up the light weights on this one and really does work to rip the triceps up, shape them and have that horseshoe going in no time. Good luck!
