Hello everyone! Crazy Fish Farmer here. Somebody posted some really cool information, something I had been looking for, for a while and hadn't found it; just little rumors of it out there on the internet.
Back in the 30s, a gentleman named by Charles Nelson Pogue, I believe P-O-G-U-E created this carburetor that basically turns gasoline to vapor. In this article and all the stuff that I am reading right now, basically the patent ended up in a oil filter company's hands and there it set.
But in here, he was talking about running it long more or for seven days I believe, running 200 miles on one tank of gas and the vehicle that he was running it in and just all kind of information in this article. So I definitely recommend downloading it and reading it, because here is everything we need.
I mean, I've got the basic concept down in my head but this just finalizes my ideas that it will work and it is working. 1759354, if you just do a search for that number, you will this patent that I downloaded. There is another patent 1750354, 1997497, 2026798 and there is just story after story.
This patent that I have downloaded here, from Pogue that's I am pronouncing it right, we'll call him Charles, was found by another gentleman in a toolbox, and that's I guess the start of this being released. But anyhow these patents were found in a toolbox.
And basically here's the chamber that he built to turn it to vapor and all that good stuff, the carburetor, really neat design. I mean, I see what he did, very sophisticated idea. I mean, oh my gosh! This can be done really in different ways, the same way I am doing it now.
I am actually building a container, running heat into it, agitating the fuel and then burning it. That's what I have been doing. But we can do it with the exhaust and the vacuum of the motor. I've got it figured out. It's just a matter of time I am building it.
More stories, I hadn't read all the stories. I am just kind of flip through these real quick. I will show you some of the different drawings and stuff. I am a visual person. I have to see the drawing before I understand it. It takes me hundred times to read something before I understand it. But these drawings, I mean are everything.
I mean, you see how it run coils through it to heat everything up, different valve mechanisms to control the vapor. Like I said, I haven't been completely through. I just wanted to get this out there and share it with you. Because we can all do this. It's really simple and along with the hydrogen, we take this fuel.
Stretch the amount of fuel that we have to use and then use the hydrogen along with this fuel, and I think that's where it's at. What I seeing here is several different plans and several patents. I mean this one here is pretty interesting, same concept, beaten it up and then controlling the vapor.
And here some more valves; relay type of deal. I mean you are talking back in the thirties. So this stuff was pretty heavy duty. But anyhow, I just wanted to share that with everybody. This is incredible. I can't wait to read through it and get a bigger picture in my head.
You will see me build this, something like it for that mopped and you will see me driving around with that mopped, getting a 100 miles of a gallon, maybe, we'll see. What I am probably going to do with that mopped is actually change it, turn it into a little three-wheeler and then, probably build it that way. That way I can control all these contraction that I am going to build on this thing to experiment with.
But I am still on it. I hope you enjoy this, I hope you guys look up these patents and check it out. And let's do something with this. I think the patents are already out there. And if we can find them like I just did, wow! We have got it right in our hands.
I mean we can do this, it's really simple. I can build some simple designs but I don't have a shop here big enough to actually create something, completely final. Everything I build is going to be from scrap and whatever I have laying around here. But I will definitely make this work. I am making it work now just not the way that it needs to be set up on the moped to actually run and test it.
But anyhow too cool! Check it out: patent 1759354, the vapor carburetor. You have got to look at it.
