Speaker: Let's face it. White rice is not the most appealing food in the world, now is it? I don't think it is. Yet every time, we have ordered the Chinese takeout, they always give us white rice, whether or not you have ordered Shrimp Fried Rice or Pork fried Rice, they always give you the white rice and it's not very appealing.
Some of us put these little boxes, little white boxes with the white rice in the refrigerator until they come like bricks and then we throw them out. Now, I have found a way utilize the plain white rice and make it a very colorful and delicious meal. I do this by adding a lot of tomatoes, scallion, green onions, regular onions, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. I chop everything up and put into that skillet right there.
Okay creators, I wants you to visualize yourself being right here with me and I want you to visualize yourself cooking this stuff with me, that is right, the tomatoes, the peppers, scallion, onions. There, just look at it and imagine you adding all that to that plain white rice. Actually rice is very good diet food. So use the formulas about determine whether or not you need to be on a diet and if you do, how many calories you should be eating per day.
By the way, if you cut your caloric intake in half, you will live a lot longer or so the scientist says.
