Hi and welcome back in Tuesday’s Tips and Online Marketing. Today we got some really neat tips for you. It’s all about how to turn your friends or your contacts on different social network into fans or even evangelist.
So let’s take it look at this, first we got become a real person to these people not a company. People want to connect with people they don’t want to connect with things. So they understand that there’s a person or there’s a group off people that are from this company. They attach to them a lot more and they feel like that there’s more of a relationship. And they feel they got more than investment in there. So they’re going to be really become your fan, not just your friends, not just your contacts they’ll become your fans. That they actually know and they talk you so when you become a person rather than a company. Head or a CEO or exactor whatever, if you engage in those conversations you become real to them and you have more an opportunity to turn these people into real fans of your products or service or your company.
The second thing you want to really look at is ask them for help. I spend to help you what information on how they use the product or how they use their service. Well ask them for their feedback, honestly when they have this kind of investment in there, they just turn to your fan. And as you would treat them with respect and don’t use them and abuse them. You will go a lot from making this relationships and turning these friends in to actual fans or evangelist.
The third last thing that I want you want to look at is give them ownership. People want to own things they want to feel like they’re part of something they’ve created something. So again its goes back to co-creation, we’ll kind of talk about it that a little bit in the prior video but help wanting people feel that they’ve produced something or they helped you build something. Or they’ve helped in some way, gives them ownerships and they talk about it. And they feel like “hey I’m part of this, I love this company. They let me help build this product.” The word just spread is good word where the map, its goodwill and you’ve turned a friend or a contact into a fan or and evangelist.
